1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TrigGuard execution authorization protocol and related services ("Service") provided by TrigGuard AI Ltd. ("TrigGuard", "we", "us").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Service Description
TrigGuard provides an execution authorization protocol. When your systems call our API:
- We evaluate authorization requests against your configured policies
- We return deterministic decisions (PERMIT, DENY, or SILENCE). SILENCE means no authorization was issued; without authorization, execution cannot proceed.
- We provide cryptographically signed receipts for audit purposes
TrigGuard does not execute actions on your behalf. We only provide authorization decisions. You are responsible for acting on those decisions appropriately.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your API keys
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
- Configuring appropriate policies for your use case
Notify us immediately at security@trigguardai.com if you believe your API keys have been compromised.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls

10. Limitation of Liability
